Free transfer from London Heathrow Airport
To support you with your arrival, Coventry University has teamed up with National Express to provide eligible new students with a free airport transfer from London Heathrow Airport.
The service will be available from Tuesday, 1 September 2026 to Saturday, 3 October 2026.

To qualify for this service, you must be a new student joining in September 2026 and travelling to one of the following campuses:

We offer two options: one for Coventry Campus and one for our London Campuses.
Coventry Campus
The free airport transfer for students joining Coventry University or CU Coventry covers travel from:
London Heathrow Airport to Pool Meadow Bus Station, Coventry

Step 1 – Complete the Booking Enquiry Form

Step 2 – Wait for Approval
Once you have submitted your enquiry, our team will review your request and confirm whether you meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, you will receive a unique voucher code by email, along with further step-by-step instructions on how to complete your booking.
Step 3 – Book Your Coach
Use your voucher code on the dedicated National Express booking page to book your preferred coach journey from Heathrow Airport to Pool Meadow Bus Station, Coventry.

To book your free airport transfer:
